pretty sure when a torrent is made the trackers it is generated with can't change(Not that I have ever really made a torrent with trackers myself)
the torrents contain an IPFS link in the description, so you could probably do something with that

You haven't that's not how torrent files work at all. Generated with trackers what weird utility are you using that pings home and contacts multiple trackers to make a torrent file.
I was guessing after looking at the ipns page someone just decided to host it on i2p without making revised torrent files with i2p trackers. This is easy to do and compare against the original for changed files. What the shit?
